1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or booking a studio with Hallento Studio Reserve, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Studio Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our concierge team. Minimum booking duration is two hours. Rates are published on the catalog page and may vary seasonally. Bookings are secured only after full payment via our encrypted checkout or approved bank transfer.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and wire transfers. Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the reservation receive a full refund. Cancellations within fourteen days are subject to a 30% fee. No-shows forfeit the entire booking amount.
4. Studio Conduct
Guests must respect the quiet environment and refrain from excessive noise, smoking indoors, or any activity that could damage studio equipment. Alcohol is permitted only with prior written approval. Hallento Studio Reserve reserves the right to terminate any session that violates these rules without refund.
5. Insurance and Liability
All equipment and facilities are insured. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their session beyond normal wear. Hallento Studio Reserve is not liable for loss or damage of personal property. We strongly recommend acquiring your own production insurance. Our maximum liability is limited to the total booking fee paid.
6. Intellectual Property
Any media produced within our studios remains the property of the creator. Hallento Studio Reserve retains the right to use anonymized footage and photographs of the space for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
